Kedali signs purchase agreement with France ACC for about 100 million sets of square lithium battery cases and cover plates

On December 1, Kedali announced that on November 30, 2022, the Company signed a purchase agreement with France ACC (Automotive Cells Company SE) based on mutual cooperation intention, with both parties agreeing that during 2024-2030 period, ACC is expected to purchase approximately 100 million sets of square lithium battery cases and cover plates from Kedali in bulk. The agreement has taken effect from the date of signing.
