Corun: Jinfeng Lithium to invest RMB350 million to acquire 70% shares of Donglian Mineral Product

Corun announced recently that its sub-subsidiary, Yifeng Jinfeng Lithium Co., Ltd. will acquire 70% shares of Yifeng Donglian Mineral Product Development held by Jiangxi Dingsheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. at RMB350 million (USD48.89 million) in order to get high-quality upstream lithium ore resources and achieve the target of building complete lithium battery industrial chains.
Donglian Mineral Product Development's all the four underground mines including Tong'an Porcelain Mine, Tong'an Ejing Porcelain Mine, Tong'an First Porcelain Mine and Tong'an Dangtian Porcelain Mine located in Yifeng, Jiangxi contain lithium with total workable reserves of around 2.05 million tons and the average grade for associated lithium oxide reaching 1.29%, 1.29%, 1.78% and 2.10% respectively.
