Farasis Energy and Zhenhua E-chem sign strategic cooperation agreement

On October 26, Farasis Energy announced that it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhenhua E-chem on purchase of ternary cathode materials, cooperation on sodium battery cathode material, recycling of waste materials and used batteries, and development of lithium resources. According to the agreement, from October 2022 to December 31, 2025 Farasis Energy plans to purchase from Zhenhua E-chem 111,000t of ternary cathode materials.
