Yongxing Materials announced on July 25th that its board of directors reviewed and passed a proposal and agreed its holding subsidiary, Yongcheng Lithium, to invest self-owned or self-raised funds of no more than RMB503 million (USD74.49 million) in building a 3,000,000tpy lithium ore high-efficiency beneficiation and comprehensive utilization project.
