Jinzhou Jixiang Molybdenum Co., Ltd. announced on July 22 that it plans to raise no more than RMB1.87 billion (USD277 million) through private placement, with the net proceeds to be used for Hunan Yongshan Lithium Co.,Ltd.'s 20ktpy lithium salt project and 22ktpy lithium battery new energy material project, as well as for supplementary working capital.
