Huayou Cobalt puts brake on LFP initiatives

On June 15, Huayou Cobalt announced that it planned to put a brake on its LFP initiatives so as to better concentrate its resources on Li-battery ternary material business. Upon discussions with its controlling shareholder Huayou Holding, it decided to terminate acquiring, via controlled subsidiary Tianjin B&M Science and Technology, the 100% stake in Glory Technology, and already signed acquisition termination agreement on June 14.
