Azure Corporation secures major order on lithium battery business

Azure Corporation announced that recently its wholly-owned subsidiary Tenpower received a supply order document confirmed by Stanley. The two sides confirmed that from 2022 to 2024 supply volume of NCM cylindrical lithium battery would be 120 million units, 240 million units and 280 million units respectively. In particular, for the year of 2022 supply volume can increase to no more than 200 million units upon mutual agreement, and purchase prices will be decided by the two sides in the light of fluctuations in raw material prices.
