Guangdong Fangyuan Environment Co., Ltd. announced on 10 Feb that it plans to issue convertible bonds of up to RMB660 million (USD104 million). The net proceed will be used for its 50,000tpy high-end ternary precursors (NCA/NCM) project and 10,000tpy battery grade lithium hydroxide project.
