Easpring Technology and Jiangsu Welion New Energy sign strategic cooperation agreement

On December 7, Easpring Technology announced that it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Welion New Energy. According to the agreement, Welion New Energy committed itself to purchasing no lower than 25,000t of solid-state Li-battery materials from Easpring Technology from 2022 to 2025, and the two sides also agreed on strengthening technical cooperation in a number of Li-battery fields including high-nickel multi-element materials, Li-Mn-rich materials, LCO, LFP and LMFP.
