On 3 August, Zhenhua E-chem got approval for IPO on science and technology innovation board. The company plans to raise RMB1.2 billion (USD0.19 billion) through this IPO for the 12,000-ton-per-annum lithium ion battery cathode materials production line and 20,000-ton-per-annum lithium ion power battery NCM material production line to increase its production capacity of middle-high-nickel low-cobalt and high-nickel low-cobalt primary particle large single crystal NCM cathode materials.
