Yongtai Technology: To sell LiPF, LIFSI and VC to CATL

Yongtai Technology announced that it and CATL signed the material procurement agreement on 31 July, 2021 regarding CATL's procurement of LiPF, LIFSI and VC, with the specific supplier, buyer, product name, specification, unit price, volume and technical standard being subject to the purchase and sales order/contract confirmed by the two sides in written form or related written documents. Within ten days after the signing of the agreement, CATL shall release the advance payment of RMB600 million (USD92.80 million) based on purchase volumes of LiPF, LIFSI and VC. The valid period of the agreement is from 31 July, 2021 through 31 December, 2026.
