CSRC (China Securities Regulatory Commission) announced on July 6th that it approved Guangdong Fangyuan Environmental Protection Limited Company's application for IPO in STAR Market recently in accordance with legal procedures.
Fangyuan Environmental Protection will raise RMB1.05 billion (USD162 million) through this IPO and will invest all the funds in a high-end NCM lithium battery precursor (NCA and NCM) project of 50,000tpy and a battery grade lithium hydroxide project of 10,000tpy.
