Fulin P.M. announces capital increase for Jiangxi Shenghua

Fulin P.M. announced on March 16 that it will make capital injection, together with CATL and Yangtze Chendao, for its wholly-own subsidiary Jiangxi Shenghua to give full play to and integrate resource advantages of all parties as well as realize deep cooperation in new energy anode material for lithium battery. After this capital injection, the registered capital of Jiangxi Shenghua will increase to RMB720 million (USD111 million), and Fulin P.M., CATL (and its designated parties) and Yangtze Chendao will hold 68.33%, 8.89% and 22.78% equity interest respectively in Jiangxi Shenghua which will become a holding subsidiary of Fulin P.M.
