Recently, Changsha National High-tech Industry Development Zone held a contract-signing ceremony for NEV and advanced manufacturing projects to be built in the Zone, including the Li-battery cathode material project invested by Hunan Changyuan Lico Co., Ltd.
With a total investment of RMB7 billion (USD988 million) and a designed annual production capacity of 80,000t of Li-battery cathode materials, the project will form an annual production value of over RMB12 billion (USD1.69 billion) when it goes into operation.
