China (Ganzhou) Rare Earth Industry High-quality Development Forum held

In order to implement President Xi's important instructions on rare earth industry development, Jiangxi province, Chinese Academy of Engineering and Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly held the China (Ganzhou) Rare Earth Industry High-quality Development Forum on 8 July.
Liu Qi, provincial Party secretary of Jiangxi, delivered a speech and pointed out that President Xi visited Ganzhou JL MAG Rare-Earth Co., Ltd. and gave important instructions on rare earth industry development during his another visit to Jiangxi, which are of milestone significance for rare earth industry high-quality development. By firmly bearing President Xi's comments in mind, Jiangxi will consider rare earth industry as an important and strategic industry, strengthen technology research and development, increase resource development and utilization rate, enhance upstream and downstream industry collaboration and linkage and accelerate rare earth industry high-quality development.
According to Liu Qi, Jiangxi will construct the high-standard "China rare materials valley" in Ganzhou to help leading enterprises gather assets, resources, talents and market shares and spare no efforts to build a domestically well-known rare earth rare metals high-tech industrial cluster and an internationally competitive rare metals industrial base.
