Tianci Material increases investment in Jiangxi Yun Lithium

Tianci Material announced on the evening of July 25 that it acquires 6 million shares of its stock-sharing subsidiary Jiangxi Yun Lithium Materials Co., Ltd. with its self-raised funds of RMB20.1 million.
According to the public data, on September 7,2017, Tianci Material planed to purchase 25 million new shares of Jiangxi Yun Lithium for the first time with its own capital of RMB75 million, and held 18.58% of the shares after the completion of the capital increase. On April 20, 2018, the company subscribed for RMB16 million new shares of Jiangxi Yun Lithium with its own capital of RMB53.6 million. After the completion of the capital increase, the company held 23.18% of the shares of the Jiangxi Yun Lithium.
Jiangxi Yun Lithium is mainly engaged in production of industrial grade and battery grade lithium carbonate and has capacity of 20,000tpy of lithium carbonate through technical transformation and upgrading. It is constructing a production capacity for lithium carbonate of 30,000tpy.
