New energy vehicle industry cluster to be built in Lanzhou New District

The new energy vehicle industry promotion conference was held in Lanzhou New District recently. At the conference, 9 investment projects, including Shandong Zhidou Power Lithium Battery PACK Production and Integration, and the Northwest base of Hanyang Special Automobile Research Institute, were signed with a total value of RMB240 million and involving R&D, production and sales of the power battery for new energy vehicles and accessories.
In recent years, Lanzhou New District has actively practiced green development concept and continuously developed new energy auto industry. For now, they have brought in a batch of new energy vehicle projects such as Lanzhou Zhidou electric vehicle, Lanshi Lantuo new energy vehicle, new energy vehicle of Gansu Construction and Investment, Lanzhou Guangtong new energy vehicle of Zhuhai Yinlong, motor vehicle of Asia-Pacific New Energy with a total investment of RMB4.5 billion. After these projects produce at full capacity, 200,000 units of various new energy vehicles will be produced.
