Another project approved as national standardization pilot project in Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone

Recently, the Standardization Administration of China (SAC) formally approved that Baotou Rare Earth High-tech Zone will undertake the pilot project of the national high-tech industrial standardization of the rare earth industry in 2018. This project is another national project undertaken by the Rare Earth High-tech Zone with construction period of three years. The project will contribute to construction of the Baotou standard internationalization of the new city and will add a new impetus to the healthy development of the rare earth industry in the High-tech Zone.
SAC will be based on the industrial advantage of the "capital of rare earth", put the standardization work in a more prominent position, energetically implement the technical standard strategy, promote the industrial upgrading by the comprehensive improvement of the standard, realize the integration of rare earth product research and development as well as industrialization through the pilot project construction, lead the industrialization by standardization and form a industrial cluster by leading the industrialization of rare earth to promoted the healthy development of the rare earth industry. At the same time, it will carry out the strategy of innovation driven development through the promotion of the government, the association and the enterprise, and realize the synchronous promotion between the domestic and international and the promotion of the rare earth products to the international market, which is more competitive.
