Putailai announced on May 15th evening that, the company intends to set up a wholly owned subsidiary of Inner Mongolia Zichen Technology Co., Ltd. in Zhuozi County, Inner Mongolia, with registered capital of RMB 200 million. The operation scope will cover the technology development, production and sales, industrial investment, investment project management, etc. of lithium ion battery anode material, new graphite (carbon composite negative material, silicon negative electrode and silicon carbon graphite system composite material).
