WHEITC carries out special inspections to combat rare earth industry violations

On April 3, Weihai Economic and Information Technology Committee organized relevant departments of the municipality to conduct inspections on the crackdown of rare earth industry violations.
In order to further rectify the order of the rare earth market in Weihai, according to the notification of 12 departments such as the provincial Economic and Information Technology Committee and the National Development and Reform Commission, from March to April 2018, special actions shall be taken to combat rare earth industry violations, organizing relevant departments of the municipality to have a comprehensive investigation on enterprises engaged in rare earth mining, smelting, separation, comprehensive utilization and trading.
