Dynavolt Technology announced on the evening of March 1 that the company signed investment agreement with Chen Yi, Yuan Zhi, and Huang Chunyan on February 28. The company intends to establish Xinjiang Zhongya New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to the approval of the registration of the business and commerce sector; referred to as "Zhongya New Materials") together with Chen Yi, Yuan Zhi, and Huang Chunyan with RMB50 million, which company mainly engaged in research and development, production and sales of high-grade copper cathode foil used for lithium-ion battery and other new materials. Zhongya New Materials has registered capital of RMB1 billion, half of which was invested by Dynavolt Technology.
The company stated the joint establishment of Zhongya New Materials is in line with the company's industrial layout and development strategy in new energy sector and will help enhance the company's overall competitiveness and profitability in line with its long-term development strategy and the interests of all shareholders.
