Aucksun increases investment of RMB195 million for expanding lithium battery business

Jiangsu Aucksun Co., Ltd. announced on October 24th at night that Jiangsu Lvwei Lithium Power Co., Ltd., its holding subsidiary, plans to invest RMB195 million of equity fund to its wholly owned subsidiary Jiangsu Tianpeng Power Supply Co., Ltd. After the capital increase, Tianpeng Power Supply’s registered capital is expected to increase to RMB300 million.
Tianpeng Power, with the original registered capital of only RMB105 million, is currently building the project with daily capacity of one million lithium battery cells and thus has stronger capital needs. The increase in registered capital will help the company to advance the development of power lithium battery project as well as improve enterprise image and strength lithium battery business.
