Shandong to build traceable system to trace rare earth and other products

The Shandong Provincial Government noted in its recently introduced document, "Suggestions on Accelerating the Construction of Traceable Systems for Important Products", that it plans to build a product traceable system for important products such as rare earth, agricultural production materials, special equipment, etc.
In terms of the traceable system for rare earth products, the government clearly stated that it would electronize accounts for production & operation and packaging & marking of products by focusing on rare earth minerals as well as smelting and separation products and combining with the production examination and approval system to achieve traceable management during the process of mining, smelting, separation, circulation and export.
