Core Exploration acquires Bynoe Lithium Project

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 19 Sep 17 - Australian-based Core Exploration Limited announced on September 14 that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the Bynoe Lithium Project directly adjacent to Core Exploration’s Finniss Lithium Project from Liontown Resources Ltd.
These lithium assets are complimentary and add substantial value to Core Exploration’s immediate development plans within the Bynoe Pegmatite Field, where Core Exploration is seeking to establish a Direct Shipping Ore operation in the near term, and has recently announced the signing of a framework agreement to negotiate Direct Shipping Ore offtake with a subsidiary of leading Chinese lithium producer, Sichuan Yahua Industrial Group Co. Ltd.
Exploration on new Bynoe Lithium Project will commence immediately.
