According to Yongxing Special Stainless Steel (“the Company”) on the evening of September 14, the Company plans to purchase with RMB105 million 11.47% interest in Hzone Lithium, and upon completion of the acquirement, its interest in Hzone Lithium will rise to 25.75%.
Hzone Lithium is mainly involved in the battery grade lithium carbonate field and has built a production line of 10,000tpy of battery grade lithium carbonate.
Next, the Company plans to issue shares to raise funds to purchase the remaining shares of Hzone Lithium so as to realize a 100% interest in the latter.
