The members of the acceptance group are from the Metallurgical Industry Association and the provincial and municipal-level of Development and Reform Commission, the Office of the Industrial and Information Technology, the Office of Human Resources and Social Security and the office of environmental protection.

Bazhou Xinli Steel shut down the steel production completely on April 26, 2017, in accordance with the capacity reduction plan of Langfang. Currently, the capacity relocation plan has been approved by the province government.
