New Zealand launches anti-dumping and anti-subsidiary investigation on imports of rebar and hot-rolled plate from China

On 15 August 2017, New Zealand's Department of Business, Innovation and Employment decided to launch an anti-dumping and anti-subsidiary investigation on imports of rebar and hot-rolled steel plate against China in response to the application from Pacific Iron and Steel Company. The company used to initiated an investigation application in May 2016 but failed to see result due to the lack of evidence, and submitted application again on 12 April of 2017.
