Changyuan Group to acquire 80% shares of Chinaly New Materials

According to the announcement released by Changyuan Group on the evening of July 13th, it signed an Investment Frame Agreement with shareholders of Hunan Chinaly New Materials Co., Ltd. Based on the preliminary assessment of RMB2.4 billion for Chinaly New Material, Chuangyuan Group plans to purchase its 80% shares at RMB1.92 billion. After the transaction, Changyuan Group will hold 90% shares of Chinaly New Materials.
The announcement indicated that Chinaly New Materials focuses on the production of diaphragms used in power lithium battery, one of four major materials in the manufacturing of power lithium battery in electromobile industrial chain.
Changyuan Group aims to grasp the historic opportunity of rapid development of new energy automobile industry, stimulate the layout related to electromobile industry and enrich business varieties.
