Key Technology Research on Li-ion Battery Cathode Material passes the acceptance in Guizhou

News from Science and Technology Department of Guizhou province on July 10th, a key science and technology special project, the Research and Industrialization of Li-ion Battery Cathode Material passed the acceptance.
In accordance with the requirement on the development of lithium ion battery industry, the project conducted key technology research on industrialization of battery grade ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, dynamical type lithium iron phosphate, high-manganese polycrystalline cathode material and power battery used in electrombiles, made great breakthrough on technology about gradient crystallization of lithium manganate, high-rate discharge ability of lithium iron phosphate, compound of lithium ferric manganese phosphate, manufacturing of power battery used in elecromobiles, stability on quantity production of products and others and thus stimulated the formulation and development of industrial chain of Li-ion battery basic material, cathode material and battery.
The project formed annual capacities of 2,000t battery grade ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, 1,500t of dynamic type battery cathode material and 25,000 sets of power battery packs used in electromobiles. It realized sales of RMB87 . 81 million and taxes and profits of RMB6 . 76 million during the conduction of the project.
