Taxation up by 11.37% YOY from rare earth enterprises in Rare Earth Hi-tech Zone of Baotou

According to sources from the Rare Earth Hi-tech Zone of Baotou, accumulative taxation reached RMB125.89 million from Jan to May 2017 from 26 rare earth enterprises in this Zone above designated size, up by 11.37% YOY, in particular, which was RMB102.22 million from rare earth raw material enterprises, accounting for 1.14% in total figure and up by 29.47% YOY; RMB11.03 million from rare earth new material enterprises, accounting for 8.76% and down by 62.31% YOY; RMB12.72 million from rare earth application enterprises, up by 157.38% YOY.
In respect of taxation from rare earth new material enterprise, taxation reached RMB8.35 million from enterprises of rare earth permanent magnet materials, down by 67.53% YOY and accounting for 75.7%; RMB930,000 from enterprises of rare earth hydrogen storage materials, down by 60.6% YOY and accounting for 8.43%; RMB1.74 million from enterprises of rare earth polishing materials, up by 49.3% YOY and accounting for 15.78%.
