Zhihang New Energy and Lixiang Power Technology sign orders of over RMB1 billion

According to a report released by Zhejiang Unifull Industrial Fibre Co., Ltd. (002427) in the evening of March 29th, Jiangsu Zhihang New Energy Co., Ltd., one of its holding subsidiaries, signed the Frame Contract on Product Sales on March 26th, 2017 with Henan Lixiang Power Technology Co., Ltd. which promised to purchase at least 10,000 of ternary lithium ion cores (ISR18650) before December 31st, 2017.
In accordance with the contract, the specification of material purchased by Lixing Power Technology is ISR18650-2600mAh with the unit price and total price at RMB10.2 and RMB1.02 billion VAT included respectively.
As a supplier for battery used in new energy automobiles in China, Zhihang New Energy owns complete production lines for ternary cathode material, battery cores and PACK with the production capacity and the technology taking lead among China. Zhihang New Energy owns production lines which can produce 500,000t of cores for power batteries in specification of 18650 (2,600 milliamperes) and were incorporated in the 2016 Automobile Power Storage Battery Standard (the fourth batch).
Public data indicates that Lixiang Power Technology is a high-tech company which is engaged in the research, production, selling and service for lithium battery systems.
