The Decision of Standing Committee of People’s Congress in Inner Mongolia Automonous Region on Permiting Adopting Coercive Measures on Zhou Bingli, A Deputy of the Region
(Passed by the 31th Session of the Standing Committee of the 12th People’s Congress in Inner Mongolia Autonomus Region on March 17th, 2017)
People’s Procuratorate in Inner Mongolia is permited to conduct coercive measures on Zhou Bingli, a deputy of the region, in accordance with the Application Report on Adopting Coercive Measures by People’s Procuratorate of Inner Mongolia (NJFTQX[2017] No.3) and related provisions and regulations of the Representation of the People Act.
Resume of Zhou Bingli
Zhou Bingli (Male, ethnic Han), who was born in January 1963 and graduated from Baotou Iron and Steel Institute with a university degree, is a sensior engineer and has ever worked as the general manager, deputy secretary of the party committee, board chairman, secretary of the party committee of Baogang Group as well as the party member and deputy director of Administration of Work Safety in Inner Mongolia Automonous Region.
From September 1980 to August 1984, he was a student from the major of the metallurgical machinery of Baotou Iron and Steel Institute;
From August 1984 to August 2002, he successively worked as a clerk in the engineering section and the mechanical drive section, the deputy director of the overhaul workshop, the deputy director of the technical innovation office, the section chief of the mechanical drive section, the plant manager assistant and the vice plant manager in Baogang Iron Smelting Plant, as well as the deputy director general in the mechanical drive division, the director general in the mechanical drive division and the manager of the equipment dynamic department in Baogang Group;
From August 2002 to May 2009, he worked as the general manager assistant and the manager in the equipment dynamic department, the vice-general manager of Baogang Group and the board director of Inner Mongolia Brostrust Co., Ltd. and Baogang Co., Ltd.;
From May 2009 to April 2010, he worked as the general manager, deputy secretary of the party committee and board director of Baogang Group as well as the board director of Inner Mongolia Brostrust Co., Ltd. and Baogang Co., Ltd.;
From April 2010 to April 2016, he worked as the board chairman and secretary of the party committee in Baogang Group.
