On February 12, the application for key laboratory on lithium resource and material in Sichuan by Tianqi Lithium which is located in Suining city passed the expert review of Science & Technology Department of Sichuan Province, indicating that the city’s technology research and comprehensive usage of lithium resource and material reached a new height.
It is reported that the key laboratory will make great breakthroughs in the comprehensive usage of lithium resource, the basic research on lithium material application, lithium material intelligent manufacturing technology and other areas to break the technical barrier of developed countries, reduce the dependence on overseas technology, ease the constraint from energy and resource environment and improve the key competition; deeply develop lithium battery and new energy products, solve key technology in the development of lithium industry, instantly improve the creativity on lithium battery products, improve the core competition of enterprises and stimulate the development of lithium resource and material in Suining, Sichuan and China.
