EVE Energy to acquire Fanso at RMB150 million

EVE Energy Co., Ltd. (300014) announced that the company planned to acquire all shares of Wuhan Fanso Technology Co., Ltd. (Fanso) at no more than 150 million on December 25.
Fanso is professional manufacturer for lithium primary battery with annual capacity of 80 million of lithium battery.
EVE Energy Co., Ltd. was found in 2001 and has been main supplier all over the world, which owes international advanced technology for green high-energy lithium battery. The company is also one of the largest lithium primary battery producers around the globe. The company’s revenue for lithium primary battery was RMB380 million in the first half of 2016, up by 15.22% YOY.
