On the morning of July 25, Jintian New Material Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jintian Copper, made the first shipment of high-quality copper wire produced from its 350,000tpy high electrical conductivity and high tenacity copper wire project.
According to the company, the project uses the most advanced continuous casting and rolling equipment and wire-drawing machine to produce low-oxygen copper rod, with natural gas as the fuel, which greatly improves its production efficiency. Compared with the traditional 150,000tpy production line, the new project's output has more than doubled along with substantially improved product performance. Additional, the new project is more energy-efficient and environment-friendly.
