Chengtun Mining cooperates with XTC New Energy on cobalt and nickel business

Chengtun Mining announced on June 1st that it had signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with XTC New Energy (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. Specific contents of the agreement are as follow:
1, Development and application of cobalt resources
A, Chengtun Mining should adhere to the principle of marketization and give priority to sell cobalt-containing raw materials, cobalt tetroxide and other cobalt products to XTC New Energy under the same commercial conditions;
B, XTC New Energy should adhere to the principle of marketization and give priority to purchase cobalt-containing raw materials, cobalt tetroxide and other cobalt products from Chengtun Mining under the same commercial conditions;
C, XTC New Energy should accelerate the quality certification about cobalt tetroxide and other relative products after signing this agreement;
D, In principle, the cobalt intermediates purchased by XTC New Energy from Chengtun Mining should be processed in Zhuhai Kelixin Metal Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengtun Mining, and XTC New Energy should, under the same commercial conditions, give priority to purchase raw materials from Zhuhai Kelixin if it plans to purchase the materials from other channels.
2, Development and application of nickel resources
A, Chengtun Mining should adhere to the principle of marketization and give priority to sell nickel intermediates, nickel sulfate, NCM precursor and other nickel products to XTC New Energy under the same commercial conditions;
B, XTC New Energy should give priority to conduct quality certification work for nickel products purchased from Chengtun Mining and communicate with the latter on the using and technology related to nickel products.
C, Consigned processing will be arranged between the two parties if necessary.
