Bohai Piston acquires 75% shares of TRIMET Automotive

Shandong Binzhou Bohai Piston Co., Ltd. ("Bohai Piston") announces on late 14th that it plans to acquire 75% share of TRIMET Automotive Holding GmbH ("TRIMET ") with cash of EUR61.50 million.
TRIMET is a well known Europe-based leading developer and manufacture of lightweight aluminum alloy parts which include aluminum alloy engine parts, driving medium and body structural components and so on, and provides aluminum alloy parts R&D and production services for European leading automotive enterprises like Daimler, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Magna, etc., establishing long-term good cooperation with major engine plants.
