Yunnan Germanium: subsidary's GaAs project gets Work Safety License

Yunnan Germanium announced on March 27 that its subsidiary, Yunnan Xinyao Semiconductor Materials Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyao Semiconductor Materials") recently obtained the Work Safety License issued by the Production Safety Supervisison and Administration Department of Yunnan Province. Certificate number: (Yun) WH Work Safety License〔2017〕0800; Business scope: 1.2 million pieces of GaAs polishing wafers; Validity: March 16, 2017 to March 15, 2020.
Xinyao Semiconductor Materials is responsible for the implementation of GaAs single crystal material industrialization project. The project has passed the environmental protection acceptance check, safety acceptance check as well as the occupational health check. According to relevant provisions, the project can be put into prodution after obtaining the Work Safety License.
