Changxingdao in Dalian introduces first port-centered processing project to develop refined nickel alloy

According to news from Dalian Port Group, port of Changxingdao signed an agreement with the Management Committee of Changxingdao and Liaoning Treasure Platinum Technology Co., Ltd. recently to construct and develop refined nickel alloy project.
It is introduced that the the project on refined nickel alloy which is invested by Liaoning Treasure Platinum Technology Co., Ltd. in contruction with areas of 200,000 square meters, is engaged in the smelting of non-ferrous metals. With the total investment of RMB1.25 billion, the project plans to construct 8 production lines with 2 of them being constructed in the early period. The transshipment volume for lateritic nickel ore will reach 3 million tons when the project goes into production completely.
Then, the port of Changxingdao will improve its impact through ferronickel project to form a new layout with Treasure Platinum Technology as the center and all nickel ore enterprises in 3 provinces in Northeast China as the radiation circle.
