China cancels tolling trade on metals and minerals

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 3 Nov 06 - China announces new tolling trade policy today, removing most of current tariff and tax preferentials allowed previously for the tolling trade of metals and minerals.
The new policy will take effect on 22 Nov 2006.
