Rare earth industry develops faster than Copper and tungsten industry in Jiangxi from January to April.
1、Copper industry: There are 214 copper corporations with a certain scale in Jiangxi by the end of April, representing 4% of the industries in the province. The revenues,the profit and tax reach RMB76.7 billion, RMB3.833 billion and RMB2042 million respectively from January to April, up by 88%, 60% and 20% year on year, representing 16%, 15% and 12% of the industrial revenue in the province. The industries have assets of RMB9.801 billion and 61,402 workers, up by 43% and 8% year on year, representing 11% and 3.43% of the industrial employees in the province. The losses of the industries reach RMB7.97 million from January to April, down by 75% year on year, representing 0.42% of the industrial losses in the province.
2、Tungsten industry: There are 93 tungsten corporations with a certain scale in Jiangxi by the end of April, representing 1.5% of the industrial revenue in the province. The revenues, profit and tax reach RMB7.4 billion, RMB650 million and RMB 283 million from January to April, up by 57%, 191% and 38% year on year, representing 1.5%, 2.52% and 1.5% of the industrial revenue in the province. The industries have assets of RMB1.5 billion and 27,992 workers, up by 1.8% and 11.5% year on year, representing 1.8% and 1.56% of the industrial employees in the province. The losses of the industries reach RMB13.54 million from January to April, down by 18% year on year, representing 0.71% of the the industrial losses in the province.
3、Rare earth industries: There are 51 tungsten corporations in Jiangxi by the end of April, representing 0.84% of the numbers ofenterprises in the province. The revenues, profit and tax reach RMB6.9 billion, RMB815 million and RMB535 million from January to April, up by 82%, 179% and 2.84% year on year, representing 1.5%, 3.14% and 153% of the industrial revenue in the province. The industries have assets of RMB1.22 billion and 12,020 workers, up by 86% and 12% year on year, representing 1.4% and 0.67% of the industrial employees in the province. The losses of the industries reach RMB5.29 million from January to April, RMB5.22 million more than that of last year and up by 7456 times year on year, representing 0.28% of industrial losses in the province. The ratio of the production index of rare earth industries in the province rises largely compared to that of last year.
