The twelfth “Five-year plan” for development of Yingkou, Liaoning confirmed the development priority of new industry and established a batches of important industrial projects.
As scheduled, the new material industry in Yingkou will focus on the special type of materials, new materials and high value-added materials and improve the projects such as communication optical, kieselguhr, silicon nitride, porous metals and magnesium alloy sheet. The new material industry will pay more attention to photovoltaic electricity generation, biomass electricity generation, wind power, super capacitance battery and solar battery and advance the construction of projects such as photovoltaic battery, photovoltaic-construction integration, photovoltaic electricity generation key device production, photo-thermal converter production and large-sized wind power plants in hilly area. Ocean industry will emphasize the development of ocean high-end industries and ocean high-tech industries and stress the development of marine biotechnology, ocean medicine food, ocean chemical materials, desalination of sea water, forming ocean industry base in North China. The key point of the industry of energy conservation and environmental protection is the rapid development of technical equipments on energy conservation and water saving, environmental protection, circular economy and boost the facilities of energy conservation and environmental protection, the utilization of waste heat and overbottom pressure, the energy conservation of electrical machine system, optimization development of energy system and the intelligent energy conservation facilities, strengthening the development of renewable resources. At present, Yingkou is improving the projects such as Zhuoyi New Material Carborundum, 400,000tpy lubricating oil in Yingkou Xianren Island of CNOOC, Greenland Group Guofeng C9 hydrogenation and naphtha aromatization.
