China releases rare earth export enterprises and amount in 2011
Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China Department of Foreign Trade today promulgates rare earth export enterprises in 2011. In view of the suspention of its project of separating 300t of rare earth oxides yearly and the updating of its production equipment, the quote will be not distributed to Pingyuan Sanxie Rare Earth Company this time. The quota will not be released for the company until its project is finished and is approved and checked by the Guangdong Environmental Protection Bureau in late March, 2011.
