Pakistan makes preliminary anti-dumping ruling on Chinese decorative panels

The Pakistan National Tariff Commission recently issued the latest announcement for Case ADC73, making an initial anti-dumping ruling on color-coated steel coils/sheets originating from or imported to China. The preliminary ruling determined that a provisional anti-dumping duty would not be imposed. This case involves products under Pakistan tariff codes 7210.7020, 7210.7090, 7210.9010, 7210.9090, 7212.4010 and 7212.4090, but excludes PCM and VCM grade color-coated steel coils. The final ruling is expected to be made within 180 days from the date of the initial ruling.
On April 25, 2025, Pakistan initiated an anti-dumping investigation on color-coated steel coils/sheets originating from or imported to China. The dumping investigation period was from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and the injury investigation period was from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2025.
