The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) has published a notice continuing anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from India, South Korea, Turkey, Vietnam, and Ukraine.
The decision, effective September 29, 2026, reflects determinations by the USDOC and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) that revoking the orders would likely lead to continued dumping and subsidies, causing material injury to domestic producers.
Under the ruling, US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will continue collecting cash deposits at existing rates for subject hollow steel casing, tubing, and coupling stock. Exemptions apply to casing or tubing containing 10.5% or more chromium, drill pipe, unattached couplings, and thread protectors.
