Sunward Group achieved full design capacity at its 220,000tpy co-production anatase titanium dioxide (TiO2) coupled utilization project at its Fuquan base in Guizhou Province. A ceremony marking the milestone was held on October 16 at the phase III plant area, officially moving the project into full-scale production and stable supply.
The project is a core part of Fuquan's integrated titanium-phosphorus-sulfur industrial system. With the ramp-up completed, the Fuquan base's anatase TiO2 capacity has risen to 220,000tpy, making it the world's largest production site and accounting for about 40% of global capacity.
