Wuhan Tianyuan to build high-purity indium and indium phosphide polycrystal production base

Wuhan Tianyuan announced on October 14 that the company has signed a cooperation agreement with the Administrative Committee of Chuxiong National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone to invest in and construct the Chuxiong High Tech Zone Project for 200tpy of 6N/7N Grade High-Purity Indium and 100tpy of Indium Phosphide Polycrystal Production Base.
The project carries an estimated total investment of approximately RMB500 million (USD74.71 million), with fixed-asset investment of no less than RMB300 million (USD44.83 million). It will mainly build production lines for 6N/7N grade high-purity indium and indium phosphide polycrystals, office buildings and other supporting auxiliary facilities.
