Tianjin Xinneng to build copper rod processing expansion project

On September 18, the Tianjin Jinghai District Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau published a notice accepting the environmental impact report form for the copper rod processing expansion project of Tianjin Xinneng Renewable Resource Co., Ltd.
Located at No. 3 Zhejiang Road, Tianjin Zi Ya Economic and Technological Development Zone, the project carries a total investment of RMB5 million (USD746,705). It involves copper rod processing, in which copper rod will be further processed into copper wire of various specifications through a physical wire-drawing process. Once completed, the project is expected to produce 50,000 tonnes of copper wire annually.
