Hunan Xiangtou Goldsky Titanium Industry Technology Co., Ltd. unveiled a private placement plan on September 14, seeking to raise up to RMB300 million (USD44.71 million) to build Phase II of its advanced titanium alloy industrialization project for high-end equipment.
Once the project goes into production, it will add annual capacity of 2,800 tonnes of titanium alloy bars and 200 tonnes of titanium alloy forging billets, sharply boosting the company's delivery capability for high-end products.
