EEC extends AD duties on Chinese stainless steel welded pipes for another 5 years

The Department for Internal Market Defence of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has extended anti-dumping (AD) duties on Chinese stainless steel welded pipes through September 7, 2031.
The AD duty rate stands at 14.62% for Foshan Vinmay Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., while Guangdong Sumwin New Material Group Co., Ltd. and all other Chinese manufacturers face a 17.28% duty.
The decision concluded a sunset review launched on November 13, 2025, following the original duties imposed in February 2021.
The products covered are welded pipes and hollow profiles made of corrosion-resistant (stainless) steel, with a wall thickness ranging from 0.4 to 6 mm inclusive, in circular, rectangular, or square cross-section. These goods fall under HS codes 7306 40 2009, 7306 40 800 1, 7306 40 800 8, and 7306 61 1009.
